At The Skills Factory, we have made it policy to provide free support to all users of Skills Factory resources including those simply trialling the resource.

For support, you can:

  • Find the answers to all Frequently Asked Questions
  • Run a search using the Troubleshooter tool
  • Send a query off whenever it suits you.
    Simply log in later for the solution

• Call our telephone Help Desk on 0845 602 1937. The support team are on hand Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM (excluding bank holidays). For technical support queries select option 2. For customer sales support queries select option 5.

Primary Framework update now available

Download your update for report complete here!

Before starting to use Report Complete, it is important you download the latest Primary Complete 503 update first and run it on all computers that have Report Complete installed. This is easy to do and should only take a couple of minutes.

You may want to also load the Early Years example report template.

1. Save this transfer file to your computer.

2. Rename the file to 'EyReportTemplate.cct'.

3. Take a backup of your database by vising File > Manage my backups > Save a full system backup and save a backup of your database.

4. Load the file into Report complete using the 'Transfer My Work' option from the file menu.

We now also have documents offering guidance on installing Primary Complete, upgrading to the latest version and installing the Primary Framework Update.
